Please Note: You must make an appointment with the office for all video telehealth visits

Requirements:

Computer with internet connection
Google Chrome or Fire FoxBrowser
Working Camera/Microphone (Most new laptops have them built in)

OR Android or Iphone with cellular or WiFi Connection

You will receive a call from the Medical Assistance 10-15 minutes prior to the visit.

Please do not log in until you receive this call.
